What is HireWorkers.com and what do you do?
We help you find workers! We know that hiring for a low-wage position can be a difficult process because we have been there, searching high and low with no results to show for it. We kept wishing a service would emerge that was fast, effective and inexpensive. We were tired of paying hundreds of dollars with the local classifieds and agencies - with no results.
So we built the service ourselves. While traditional job sites focus on the marketing executive or accountant, we decided to focus specifically on the low-wage jobseeker. We understand and cater to the needs of Employers, yet we are sensitive to the limitations of the low-wage jobseeker, in order to provide the most efficient, effective and quickest low-wage recruiting service.
So whether you are looking for a dishwasher, bricklayer, janitor, cook or mechanic, we have you covered.
How does your service work?
The key to our service are the tens of thousands of low-wage resumes we have in our database. We built a resume builder that allows jobseekers to submit a full page resume, including past job experiences, skills and qualifications over the phone. This means that all of the people out there looking for a job that might not have access to the internet can now easily register for our service.
Finally you have easy and quick access to a workforce of tens of thousands of people, who were otherwise really hard to find.

What makes you different?
Well, for one, we help you recruit a demographic that is largely off-line. There are a lot of websites and services out there that help you recruit marketers, or accountants, or professionals of all sorts, but ask them to help you find a housekeeper, a dishwasher or a mason and they are lost.

What recruitment services do you offer?
There are two ways to make use of HireWorkers.com. You can post a job or you can search through our database.
What is the difference between job posting and database search?
With either tool you gain access to tens of thousands of available workers. The difference really comes down to your needs and preferences.
Database search is radically different. We provide you with great searching tools so you can browse and find anyone in our database. As soon as you need to fill a position, you log on to your account and search and find from over 25,000 workers. Find someone? Call them, save their information, download / print their resume or move on to the next person…Hire 1, 5, or 100 workers it is all up to you. It’s like having an unlimited workforce at your fingertips!
Job posting is as easy to use as a job board or classified ad, with much enhanced results and benefits. You enter the job requirements, salary and other information pertinent to the position you are looking to fill, pay a fee and wait while interested candidates contact you. There are a bunch of other great benefits that our system offers, such as the ability to keep your information anonymous, receive responses in minutes, full-resumes for all candidates, and a few other tools to help hiring easier and more effective.
How much do the services cost?
Not only do we provide the most effective, easiest and fastest way for you to hire the workers you need, but we also offer it for incredibly inexpensive rates. Database search starts at $99 for 5 days and $299 for one month of unlimited search. Job Postings are $69 per and $35 if you have a database search account.
Can I take it for a test drive before I pay?
We know you are going to love the service; so sure, you can try before you buy. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to see the users contact information until you buy a subscription.
What kind of jobs can you help me fill?

How does it work?
Our very sophisticated software matches your job with candidates from among our 25,000 resumes. We then call each matching jobseeker and let them know about your job. If they are interested in applying for your open position, they let us know and we automatically bridge the call between the candidate and your hiring department. We keep your information anonymous and you can even tell us when you would like people to call you. Or you can tell you prefer to receive emails, in which case you receive a full resume for each candidate interested in your position.
How long will my job posting remain online?
Our service doesn’t really work like a traditional job board, so the essence of our service isn’t how long a job remains online. Instead we proactively approach candidates and generally make over 200 telephone calls to let candidates know about your position. If we find at least 10 interested jobseekers we will stop calling.
How many responses can I expect?
You should generally expect to receive between 10-15 candidates per job posting. Hopefully that will be enough to fill your position. If it isn’t, give us a shout and we will run your job again.
Can I make my information anonymous?
Yes, yes, and yes. We think employers should absolutely have privacy rights. All of your contact information remains hidden from the jobseeker. So don’t worry, you won’t still be getting calls 100 days after you already filled your position.
How does it work?
Very simply, we have a huge collection of resumes from jobseekers that are looking for work. We provide you with the access to our database and the tools needed to search, find, and contact the right person for your job or jobs.
Do I have a choice as to how I contact candidates?
Yes, many choices actually. You can view the resumes, including phone number and email address. You can click the “contact candidate” button that appears on every resume and we will hide your phone number and contact the candidate for you. You can even download, store and print the resumes.
Can I save resumes I like to contact them later?
Absolutely!!! Each account comes with free storage so that you can save up to 50 resumes for a later viewing. You can also download PDF versions of the resumes and even print them.
