Emerging Demographics Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. Our goal is to provide you with a user friendly, safe, private, enjoyable and secure experience.

We collect aggregate information about our users habit’s. This information is collected to facilitate the development of our site, and to improve the user experience.
User Specific Information
Information that you submit will be used for the purposes of the services you have requested. Uses and Disclosure of Information
When you subscribe to our services as a jobseeker, you are required to provide us with information, including your name, phone number, e-mail address, and other information relevant to your skills and abilities. We collect and use this information in order to provide you with the best service and to notify you about employment opportunities. This personally identifiable information is shared only with employers or recruiters who have subscribed to our service. It is not shared with any other third parties, unless approved by you. However, we do not verify employers and can not guarantee that they are in fact who they say they are, nor what they do with your information.
We will allow third parties to advertise relevant products and services on outbound employment calls you may receive. We also allow partners to send messages to our members through SMS, email or phone communications. All communications will be delivered to you through Emerging Demographics and the Emerging Demographics Websites, and our advertising partners will not have access to your contact information. However, we will provide demographic information about our subscribers in the aggregate to our advertising partners in order to provide tailored promotions and marketing offers and to improve the content of our site for you. We do not tie your personally identifiable information with the aggregate information.
If you opt to receive additional information about any of the products or services offered by our partners during your visit on our site, our advertising partners, at their discretion may choose to send you an email, phone call, or SMS communication offering or promotion their products and services. In addition, by opting in you are specifically agreeing to allow us to provide the advertising partner with your personally identifying information, including your name, email, and telephone number. Employers using our service are asked for their name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card number and expiration date. This information is necessary to process your payment and to complete your hiring request. Credit card numbers and expiration dates are used solely for processing payments. Other information is used to contact you with information about job seekers, changes in the services offered, and promotional information from our advertising partners.
We use one or more third party service providers to process credit card transactions. These companies do not retain share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.
We also use third party individuals and corporations to perform services on our behalf. Certain information may be disclosed to these third parties as necessary to perform the services, but they may not share that information with any other party.
We may also disclose and information if legally required to do so, if requested to do so by a governmental entity, or when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on the Emerging Demographics Websites.
Online Order Security

As an employment search site, Emerging Demographics Inc. allows you to submit your resume/information in our database. Your resume will contain personally identifiable information about you necessary for an employer to contact you.
By submitting your personally identifiable information with your resume you are electing to share your information with an employer and to post your resume on a publicly viewable website. While Emerging Demographics requests employers to use your information solely for the purpose of evaluating whether to contact you regarding an employment opportunity, we are not l responsible for the use of your information by a prospective employer, or any other party with access to your resume.
When you post a resume, you must include certain personally identifiable information. We post your resume on a publicly viewable website. However, we block the viewing of your last name and your contact information in order to minimize the ability for third parties to contact you without your consent.
Marketing and Advertising
We will occasionally share aggregate trends and aggregate user behavior to marketers in order to provide a more relevant service to our users. No personally identifying information will ever be shared that will tie you to the aggregate date provided to such marketers.
By submitting your resume you are specifically agreeing and allowing Emerging Demographics Inc. and its partners to contact you by telephone, cellular phone, email, or SMS, in any combination and frequency.
In some cases, we, or our partners, will attach an advertising message to the communication. The principal purpose of communications from Emerging Demographics or our partners will generally be related to employment opportunities. However, Emerging Demographics and its partners will also occasionally transmit independent messages from our partners.
